Please note that there are cancellation fees if you do not cancel services by the 14th of the month BEFORE the one you wish to cancel. Eg: If you don't want services in February, you must cancel by January 14th. These are MONTHLY services. You must cancel the services by the correct date.

(Monthly does not include any graphic design services.)

If you do not tell us in advance you are going to be late with your monthly payment, there will be a $15 a day late fee starting from the 4th of the month in which you are late.

Advance notice (1 week+) of late payment waives the late fees.

We are not responsible for the quality of the content of the books we promote.

If you have any changes to promo mid-month and we are not told in advance, we will require a $25 additional fee.

Regarding editing services, please contact a minimum one month in advance to ensure your booking. If your booking is over $200, you cannot cancel, you can negotiate a new date for edits.

After services have been rendered, there are no refunds.
